We are, of course, always striving to make sure all our customers are happy and satisfied with our products, but we understand things happen and from time to time we must address a rainy cloud. 🙁

Our policy lasts 20 days AFTER the item has been confirmed to have been delivered/received by you, the customer. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange if we receive the item more than 20 days from when you have received it.

If 60 days has gone by since your purchase date and you have not received the item, then you are also eligible for a refund.

If you contact us before 60 days for a return or exchange, your item is eligible only if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in secure, protective packaging. All parts (if there are multiple parts) must be included. No partial products will be accepted (i.e a pendant without the chain and jewelry case)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as swimsuits.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase either via email printout or package receipt with the original purchaser’s information.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
